Intro to the Farm

The farm is Oak and Stone Farm, a 60 acre family farm in Leicester, MA, where my husband has planned, tended, loved, and nurtured flower gardens for many years. On this farm, there is a CSA (community supported agriculture) vegetable and herb farm, Cotyledon Vegetable Farm. Cotyledon Farm has a Farm Store, open year round.

The farm is more than the land. It’s also a community of people who care about each other and the land, who lunch together, laugh together, celebrate together, become members of the CSA, and support and encourage each other. The farm is a home for many chickens, cats, and sometimes horses, too. People and animals may come and go within that community, the gardens may change with each year, but the heart of the community remains unchanged.

My contribution to the farm is my collection of photos over many years. I love visiting the farm and its people, eating the vegetables and herbs from the CSA, and taking photos of the gardens and all the activity in all seasons of the year.
